Got a wild one with too much after-school energy?
Kids classes run Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30pm

Got a teenager who's too cool for everything?
Wednesdays at 4:30pm — teens class. Less whining, more wrestling.

No experience needed. Just s

We see you- sitting, watching, wishing, wanting.
Why not give it shot?
Worst case? You'll be down a few bucks.
Best case? You become a super rad human who does jiu jitsu.

Slight change to the timetable - kids (5-12 years) classes are now on MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS... that's it.
